A. Company Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of the company, consisting of the owners and other appointed members. This Board is responsible for:

B. The Excutive Board
The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the company. Key functions of the Executive Board include:

• Managing the company’s daily business activities
• Reporting to and operating under the oversight of the Board of Directors
